Sleep


 SLEEP.


How many days it has been you slept peacefully? One week? One month? or not at all?

But why? Have you ever think what's disturbing you to have  a good sleep? Are that the the unending thoughts of your past? The feelings of the present? The fear of the future? Lack of peace? or what else?

See, your mind works all the day continuously.Why can't you give it permission to rest atleast in the sleep time? Why?

Don't let your thoughts, feelings, failures rule your life during the night. Let go of them. Night is a chance to be thankful for the sustainability, shelter and the protection you've that day; to be grateful for experiencing that day; to be open to the light and healing.

Don't loose sleep over petty things. Don't war with your mind during nights. It is a time to relax, time to heal,time to shine, time to grow, time to understand and love who you're.Awake to new promises, new hope, new day and new rays knowing that you will pass the pain, overcome the struggles and succeed the failures for a better tomorrow.
